Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: Not at this time. However, we are a licensed and insured  CFO bakery within Alameda County. 
 

Q: Do you deliver orders?
A: Yes, we only deliver our orders. Delivery rates depend on the location your order is needed.

Q: I need a cake for this weekend. Can you accommodate me?
A: We do try to keep a limited number of orders per weekend to give each cake the attention it deserves. However, depending on how full our schedule is, we may be able to accommodate your last minute request. Once you know your event date, we recommend inquiring and placing a deposit to save your date.
 

Q: Do you ship orders?

A:At this time, we do not ship any orders.
 

Q: I see a cake I like on your gallery page. Can you make me that same cake for my event?
A: If you like a cake that we have previously created, we can create something similar for you. However, I discourage mimicking the same cake, as I like to make each cake unique and a creation for you that no one else has seen before. 

Q: I'm interested in having some of your dessert bites for my event favors. Do you do that?
A: Yes! We are able to individually wrap a selection of our dessert bites. 

Q: I have never tried your dessert bites. I'm only interested in purchasing 1 of each to try before I purchase a dozen. Can I do this?
A: Unfortunately, since we bake all our desserts to order, we do not have any desserts readily available for purchase. However, we would be willing to work with you and make recommendations to make your decision easier. 

Q: I'm interested in setting up an appointment for a cake tasting before placing an order. What should I do?
A: At this time, we only have cake tastings for wedding cakes or custom cakes over $350.00. We do not have tastings for our dessert bites. 

Q: How do I place an order?
A: No orders are final until an agreement is signed and a 50% non-refundable retainer is made. If your event date is less than 4 weeks away, we require full payment at the time of signing the agreement.
